TRAINING SCHEDULE

GESTALT GROUP TRAINING, 2010 - 2011

Bringing Gestalt Therapy to the Relational Model ...
A Contemporary Relational Perspective to
Gestalt Therapy

Explore the integration of Gestalt Therapy, which
provides clinicians much freedom and creativity when
engaging with their clients; and the
Contemporary
Relational Theory,
an approach offering a very useful
developmental perspective and stance to “make sense
together”. The integration of Gestalt Therapy with the
relational model brings the best of both orientations to
the clinical hour.

We endeavor to create a space in these weekend
sessions to expand relational opportunities and to build
skills. We learn in relationship, not in isolation, and it is
out of relationships that individual functioning emerges,
not from individual minds.

Focus will be on creativity, embodiment, dissociative
process and emotional trauma.

4 Saturday Seminars (24 CEUs), with Jeffrey Sher, PsyD
